摘要:
为研究高炮口动能大口径火炮装药设计中的点火问题,进行了大口径炮用点火管多点点火的试验研究.设计了点火管的结构,设计加工了点火管多点同时点火试验的模拟装置,在模拟装置上测量了多段点火管多点同时点火的压力时间曲线,分析了试验研究结果.进行了大口径长药室平衡炮的射击试验,结果表明,由多个点火头、黑火药点火药盒、蛇形黑火药袋、可燃中心传火管组成的多点点火系统的点火时间短,一致性好,能够满足高炮口动能大口径火炮装药设计的要求.
Abstract:
In order to solve the ignition problem in charge design of large caliber gun with high muzzle energy, the experimental research on multipoint ignition technology in longchamber charge was carried out. The structure of ignition tube and the simulation device of multipoint ignition tube were designed. Different pt curves in different length were measured. The experimental result was analyzed. The ignition system, which includes igniters, black powder bag, snakeshaped black powder bag and combustible central tube, has characters of short ignition time and good consistency. The ignition system can satisfy the need of charge design of large caliber gun with high muzzle energy.
