摘要:
为研究炸药中硬脂酸质量分数对燃烧转爆轰的影响,设计了一种传爆装置,在不同温度下对含有不同质量分数硬脂酸的钝黑-5炸药进行传爆试验,收集试验数据并进行分析。试验结果表明:随着温度的降低,低温下钝黑-5炸药燃烧转爆轰后传爆可靠性变差。当钝黑-5炸药中硬脂酸质量分数在1.0%~1.2%时,传爆装置能够可靠传爆; 当硬脂酸质量分数大于1.2%时,其燃烧转爆轰后的输出威力随着硬脂酸质量分数的增加而降低,不能进行有效传爆。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of mass fraction of stearic acid in explosives on the combustion to detonation transition,the detonation test was carried out on a blunt black-5 explosive with different mass fractions of stearic acid at different temperatures. The test data were collected by test verification,and the analysis was carried out. The test results show that with the decrease of temperature,the explosion reliability of the blunt black-5 explosive after combustion to detonation transition deteriorates. When the mass fraction of stearic acid in the blunt black-5 explosive is 1.0% to 1.2%,the blasting device can reliably detonate. When the mass fraction of stearic acid is greater than 1.2%,the output power after combustion to detonation transition decreases with the increase of mass fraction of stearic acid,and it can’t be effectively detonated.
