摘要:
为研究起爆方式对周向多爆炸成型弹丸(MEFP)战斗部毁伤元成型的影响,针对5层周向MEFP战斗部结构,利用Ls-dyna软件数值研究了单点起爆下起爆点高度以及多点起爆下起爆点数量、起爆同步误差对MEFP毁伤元速度和飞散角的影响。结果表明:单点起爆条件下,随着起爆点高度的增加,毁伤元的总散布角度逐渐增大; 当起爆点位于战斗部轴线中心时毁伤元总散布角度达到最大,各层MEFP毁伤元速度差达到最小; 装药端部MEFP成型过程受稀疏波影响较严重,导致装药端部毁伤元速度较低; 采用中轴线多点起爆对端部毁伤元速度提升效果不明显,但能大幅度提升内侧3层MEFP的速度; 对口径大于48 mm的周向MEFP战斗部而言,500 ns以内的起爆同步误差不会对MEFP毁伤元的速度和飞散角产生明显影响,但起爆同步误差的存在使得MEFP成型更加不对称。
Abstract:
In order to research the effects of initiation mode on the formation of multiple explosively formed penetrators(MEFP),the five-layer circumferential MEFP warhead was taken as research object,and the effects of the initiation point height,the number of initiation points and the initiation synchronization error on the velocity and dispersion angle of MEFP damage element under single-point initiation and multi-point initiation were compared by Ls-dyna. The results of research show that,under the condition of single point initiation,the total dispersion angle of MEFP increases with the increase of initiation point height. Under the condition of central initiation,the total dispersion angle of the MEFP reaches the maximum,and the velocity difference of each MEFP reaches the minimum. The velocity of MEFP at the end of the charge weakens because of the rarefaction wave effect. The velocity of MEFP in the middle of warhead increases obviously under multi-points initiation,but it doesn’t increase obviously for the MEFP at the end of the charge. For the MEFP warhead whose caliber is larger than 48 mm,the initiation synchronization error less than 500 ns does not affect the velocity and angle of MEFP significantly. The initiation synchronization error seriously affects the formation of MEFP.
