摘要:
为了研究发射装药引起膛炸的基本原理,确保火炮武器系统发射过程安全,实现末端毁伤效应,从理论分析计算的角度出发,基于离散单元法,建立了火炮发射药床冲击破碎动力学仿真模型,模拟了大口径火炮发射药床在燃气流冲击载荷下的破碎过程,并与有限元计算软件LS-DYNA的结果进行对比,结果表明,离散单元法和有限元法计算结果几乎一致,验证了该方法的准确性。该计算方法对发射装药发射安全性研究具有一定理论实用价值。
Abstract:
To study the primary reason of bore burst induced by gun propellant charge and ensure the launch safety to realize the terminal damage effect,the dynamics simulation model of compress and fracture of propellant grains was built from the standpoint of theoretic analytical calculation based on discrete element method,and the fragmentation process of propellant bed under impact load was simulated. The simulation results were compared with the results obtained by finite element software LS-DYNA. The results show that the result obtained by discrete element method agrees approximately with that obtained by finite element method,and the simulation model is accurate. The simulation method provides an important computational method for further study of the effect of fragmentation of propellant bed on launch safety.
