摘要:
针对摆膛炮在一定射弹量后卡膛无法正常供弹的问题,为确定某摆膛炮摆膛和身管之间的合理间隙,通过温度场理论计算得到结构模型初始参数; 利用流固耦合和动网格仿真模拟弹丸发射及装弹过程中该发射装置身管、摆膛传热过程; 采用有限元热-应力模块研究该炮在五连发的高温高压下摆膛和身管间隙位置的形变位移。利用该方法,在该火炮连续发射5发的条件下,获得了摆膛和身管关键位置的温度变化情况; 采用热-应力有限元计算得到了膛管形变位移,确定了两者间隙的合理范围。
Abstract:
In view of the shortcomings of the pendulum gun that can’t be properly supplied after a certain amount of projectiles,the initial parameters of the structural model were calculated by the temperature field theory in order to determine the reasonable gap between the pendulum and the body tube. The fluid-solid coupling method and dynamic mesh method were applied to simulate the heat transfer process of the body and tube of the launching device during projectile launching and loading. The finite element thermal-stress module was used to study the displacement of the gap between pendulum and tube of the gun under the high temperature and high pressure after five rounds. Under the condition that the gun was fired five times in a row,the temperature changes at the key positions of the pendulum and the body tube were obtained. The thermal-stress finite element was used to calculate the deformation displacement of the manifold,and the reasonable range of the gap was determined.
