摘要:
为提升弹药产品密集度抽样检验水平,基于Bayes理论,建立了一种新的计量型一次抽样检验方法。构造了密集度的先验密度函数,推导了生产方风险和使用方风险的后验公式,研究了样本量和接收常数与双方风险的关系,制定了相应的抽样方案表。计算结果表明,该方法适用于逐批检验弹药产品密集度的批质量水平,与现有固定样本量抽样检验方法相比,所需样本量随产品批质量水平变化而变化,当产品质量优良时,样本量下降,有利于节约试验成本。
Abstract:
In order to test the quality level of dispersion of ammunition product batch-by-batch,a new method of a single sampling inspection by variables based on Bayesian theory was proposed. A new prior density function for dispersion was constructed,and the posterior formulas of the risk of the producer and the risk of the user were deduced. The relationship between sample size and the risks of both sides was studied,as well as the relationship between the acceptance constants and risks. The corresponding sampling scheme table was drawn up. The results show that the new method is suitable for inspecting the quality level of dispersion of ammunition product batch-by-batch. Compared with the existing fixed sample-size sampling inspection method,the required sample size varies with the change of product batch quality level. When the product quality is good,the sample size decreases,which is conducive to saving the test cost.
